Shipping & Delivery Info

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For all orders under $100 (excluding shipping) a flat shipping rate applies. We dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days.

Once your order is on its way you will receive an email from us with all of your tracking details.

Our collection is sourced directly from suppliers allowing you to have the best shopping experience. If you have purchased items from different brands you will receive different parcels. So if you have ordered from three different brands you’ll receive three parcels. So it’ll feel just like your birthday!

How much is shipping in Australia? 

We offer free shipping on all orders over US $100.

For all orders under $100 (excluding shipping) a flat shipping rate of $10.00 applies.

Do you ship overseas?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 US.

For all orders under $200 (excluding shipping) a flat shipping rate of $30.00 applies for International customers. Until we find a plastic-free express shipping solution, unfortunately, we cannot post express.

Do you accept returns?
If you are not satisfied with your products you may return them. See our returns and refunds information. To be eligible for a refund your products must match the following criteria:

  • You have purchased the item within the last 28 days
  • The product has been returned in its original condition including packaging and tags.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items

How do you return items?
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can send the product back for a credit or refund (see our returns information for more details to be eligible). Please email us support@skiintec.com for a returns form.

I'm not receiving any emails from you

Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any emails from us. We send out emails once the orders come in. Within 24 hours after the order has been placed we will advise it has been processed, and once processed, you should receive your order confirmation and tracking number via email. 

Sometimes the emails end up in the spam folder by accident. If you're still unable to locate your email, please reach out to us via live chat or by emailing our support team at support@skiintec.com. Thank you for your patience.

How do I return my product?

    We offer returns on all our products. Get a full refund by returning the item to us by mail within 60 days of receiving the order. Make sure to write the order number on both the outside and the inside of the package.

    We are providing health and beauty products and therefore must all items be Unopened and/or Unused to be eligible for returns and refunds. 

    If a product is returned to us despite being Opened and/or Used, we will dispose of the product.

    We only offer returns and refunds on physical products. Digital products (e-books or courses) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

    My product is broken. What do I do?
      Our products are made according to high-quality standards. Nonetheless, your product is also covered by our limited, 12-month warranty against any defects in manufacturing.

      How long is the warranty? 
        12 Months from the date the order was placed.
